NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th August, 2002

S.0.832(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of

section 3 of the MatiohaTTftghways'Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government

hereby authorises Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Court Compound,

SDM Office, Porbandar us the competent authority to perform the functions of such

authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in

the Official Gazette in respect of the land of stretch from Km. 2.000 (Porbandar) to Km.

60.000 (Rajkot District Border) of National Highway No SB as specified in the Schedule

below.
