NOTIFICATION.

New Delhi, the 7th August, 2002

S.O. 834(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, number S.O. 119(E) dated the 29th January,

2002, namely :—

In the said notification, for the words, brackets and

letters "Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition),

District Chittorgarh, Chittorgarh (Rajasthan)", the words

"Additional Collector and District Magistrate. Chittorgarh,

Rajasthan" shall be substituted.
