NOTIFICATION

S.O. 836(E).— hi exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 15 of the Indian Veicnnary

Counicl Act. 1984 (52 of 1984), the Central Government, after consulting the Veterinary Council of India, hereby makes the

following further amendments in the First Schedule to the said Act. namc-ty "—

In the Firsi Schedule to the said Act. under sub-heading "Degrees",—

(i) against serial number 48 relating to the Himachal Pradesh Knshi Vishwavidyalaya College of Veterinary and

Animal Science, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, in column 3, afterthe letters "B.V^" °- *^{T r}" '¹ ""'llowing

shall be inserted, namely —

' The qualification shall be a recognised veterinary qualification only when granted on or before the 22nd June,

2001 ";

(ri) after serial number 60 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be

inserted, namely:—

"61 Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar

Himachal Pradesh Knslu

Vishwavidvalava, College of

Veterinary¹ Sciences, Palampur,

Himachal Pradesh.
