NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th August, 2002

S.O. 838(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, Number S.O, 368(E), dated the 26th April,

2001,

namely.

In the Schedule" to the said notification after
