NOTIFICATION

New Delhi the 13th August, 2002

G.S.R. 559(E).— In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of

Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963),

the Central Government hereby appoints Principal

Secretary, Transport Department, Government of West

Bengal as a Trustee to represent Government of West

Bengal on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kolkata

and makes the following amendment in the Notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping

(Ports Wing) G S R No 257 (E) dated 8th April, 2002, read

with G S R No 320 (E) dated 2nd May, 2002 , G S R

No 453 (E) dated 26th June, 2002 and G S R No 551(E)

dated 6th August, 2002

2 In the said Notification, after Serial Number (18)

and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial Number

and entry shall be inserted, namely -
