S.0.854 (E).— In exercise of powers conferred by section 8 A of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the

Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notificatioftof the Government of India in the Ministry

of Rond Transport and HighwaysfRoads Wing), number SO, ] 94(£), dated the 2nd March, 2001T except as respects things

done or omittedtto be done before such amendments, namely:—

1. In the said notification for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:

"SCHEDULE

(Rates of fees to be recovered from users of bridge and its approaches across Wainganga river in

Km. 491 /o of Nagpur-Raipur road on National Highway -6 in State of Maharashtra)
