Kandla, the 19th July, 2002

No. 02/2002 (Customs) (NT) (KDL)

S.O. 874 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred on

me under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of

1962), I, R.M. Ramchandani, the Commissioner of

Customs, Customs House, Kandla, declare an area of

66.05 Hectares (660496 M²) between West Gale and North

Gate, within the Customs Limit in the Cargo jetty area, for

the purpose of receipt and storage of goods/cargo meant

for clearance/shipment purpose. 1 also hereby approve

and specify the limits of the said area adjacent to above

referred area, as under:

BOUNDARIES:

North

: Open Plots (including M/s. J.M.

Baxi Plot measuring 100m x 91m).

South

: Road Leading To West Gate

No. 2.

East

: Existing Cargo Jetty Area.

West

Road Leading to West Gate

No. 2.

Total Area 660496 M² (66 05 Hectares)
