NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, Ihc 19th August, 2002

S. 0.889 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by«Sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 3 of Hie Technology

Development Board Act, I 995 (44 of 1 995), read with rule 3 of the Technology Development Board Rules, 1996, the Central

Government hereby appoints Professor M. M. Sharma as member of the Technology Development Board, for a period of

three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification, and for that purpose makes the following amendment

in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Science and Technology (Department of Science and

Technology) number S. 0.614 (E) dated the 2nd September, 1096, namely :—

In the said notification,—

(i) for serial number (7) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted,

namely;—

"(7) Professor M. M. Sharma,

Member",

3, Jaswant'Baug, Behind Akbarallys,

ChcmburNaka,

(ii) paragraph 2 shall be omitted.
