NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27lh August, 2002

G.S.R. 606(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the

Authority for Advance Rulings (Group 'A' and Group 'B')

Recruitment Rules, 2000, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Authority for

Advance Rulings (Group 'A' and Group 'B')

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2002.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of

their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Authority for Advance Rulings (Group' A'

and Group 'B') Recruitment Rules, 2000 in Column 12 of

the Schedule relating to the post of Private Secretary for

item (ii), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-—

"(ii) with three years' regular service in the pay scale

of Rs. 5500-9000; or"

Note:— The Principal rules were published vide GSR No.

60 dated the 7th February, 2000 in the Gazette of

India and these have not been amended so far.
