S.O. 910(E).-In exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Food

Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954). the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in

the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health), S.O No. 2433, dated the 25th June 1979, published in the

Gazette of India, Part If, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), for appointment of Sh. Ashok Kumar as food Inspector for the local area

for the territories to which said Act applies
