NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2002

G.S.R. 616(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by

sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Major Port Trust Act,

1963 (38 or 1963), the Central Government hereby accepts

the resignation of Ms. Kavita Khanna as a trustee to repre-

sent "Other Interest" on the Board of Trustees for the Port

of Jawaharlal Nehru. In exercise of powers conferred by

sub-section (3) of Section 10 of the said Act, the Central

Government hereby appoints Shri Mahesh Ratanlal Baldi

as a Trustee to represent "Other Interest" on the Board of

Trustees for the Port of Jawaharlal Nehru upto 31-3-2003

and makes the following amendments in the Notification of

the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of

Shipping (Ports Wing) G S R. No. 261 (E) dated 17th April,

2001.

2. In the said Notification serial number 7 and the

entry relating thereto, the following serial number and

entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"7 Shri Mahesh Ratanlal
