NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2002

G.S.R 617(E),— In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (i) of Section 124, read with sub-section (i) of

Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Visakhapatnam

Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of the Department) Amendment Regulations, 2002 made by the Board of Trustees of the

Port of Visakhapatnam as set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.

2. The said Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.

SCHEDULE

In exercise oCthe powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Board of

Trustees of the Port of Visakhapatnam hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Schedule appended to

Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of Department) Regulations, 1991.

1. Shoit Title and Commencement:

(a) These Regulations may be called the Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of Department)

Amendment Regulations, 2002.

(b)Thcy shall come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette.

2. In the Schedule appended to the Visakhapalnam Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of Department) Regulation

1991, the Columns 3 in respect of the 10 Heads of Department have been substituted as follows
