Subject:- Anti Dumping Investigation concerning Imports of Polyester Film from Republic

of Korea and Indonesia-regarding.

No. 13/1/2000-DGAD.— T n e Government of India having regard to the Customs

Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment

and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury)

Rules, 1995, thereof;

In accordance with price undertaking entered into between the Designated

Authority of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce,

Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties and M/s. Toray Saehan Inc. on

23^lJ1 March, 2001 as per agreed terms and conditions of the undertaking, the table in

Para 16 of the Final Findings issued vide Notification No. 13/1/2000-DGAD dated 28^th

March, 2001, Corrigendum dated 27^th June,2001 and the subsequent notification

no. 13/1/2000-DGAD dated 28^th August, 2001 is revised as under-
