S.O. 991(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3, Sub-section (1) of the Emigration Act, 1983 (31 of

1983). the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. Chandramouli, Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the

Ministry of Labour as the Protector General of Emigrants with effect from 5th September. 2002 (Afternoon) till further

orders.
