NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th September, 2002

S.O. 998(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by

Sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Road Transport

Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), the Central

Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2002

as the date on which the said Act shall come into force in

the State of Uttaranchal.
