S.O. 999(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by

section 6 of Industries (Development and Regulation)

Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) read with Rules 8(i) of (he

Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the

Central Government hereby extends tor a period of 6

months with effect from 11-7-2002, the tenure of office

of the present Development Council for Earthmoving

and Road construction Equipment, constituted under

order of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Industry (Department of Industrial Promotion and

Policy) No. S.O. 431(E) dated 9th June, 99 Published in

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II Section-3 Sub-

section (ii) with its existing Members and for the said

purpose
