S.O. 1021(E).—In exercise of the powers con-

ferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act,

1952 (60 of 1952), and in continuation of the Govern-

ment of India, Ministry of Personnel. Public Grievances

and Pensions (Department of Personnel and I raining)

Notification Nos. S.O. 266(F) dated the 24th March, 2001,

S.O. 696(E) dated 23rd July, 2001, S.O. 1 I55(E) dated

23rd November, 2001 and S.O. 318(E) dated 20th March,

2002, the Central Government hereby extend the term of

the Justice K. Venkataswami Commission of Inquiry for

a further period beyond 23rd September, 2002 and upto

31st January, 2003.
