CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 30th September, 2002

Subject:—Anti-dumping investigation concerning

imports of Flexible Slabstock Polyol of

molecular weight 3000 to 4000 originating

in or exported from USA, Japan, Singapore

and European Union—Final Findings.

No. 41/1/2001-DGAD.—The Designated Authority,

having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in

1995 and the Customs tariff (Identification, Assessment

and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles

and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, hereby

makes the following clarification in the Final Findings

notified vide Notification No 41/1/2001-DGAD dated

20th September, 2002

The words, "Preliminary Findings" appearing below

the word Notification shall be read as under.—

"Final Findings"
