NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th October, 2002

(G.S.R. 700(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by

Sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Major Port Trusts Act,

1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby accepts

the resignation of Shri Vijay Kumar Garg as a trustee

representing "Other Interest" on the Board of Trustees for

the Port of Mumbai. In exercise of powers conferred by

Sub-section (3) of Section 10 of the said Act, the Central

Government hereby appoints Shri Ramchandra Neelkanth

Bhogale as a Trustee to represent "Other Interests" on the

Board of Trustees for the Port of Mumbai upto 31-3-2004

and makes the following amendments in the Notification of

the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of

Shipping (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 345(E) dated 8th May,

2002 read with G.S.R. No. 374(E), dated 17th May. 2002 and

G.S.R. No. 421(E), dated 11th June. 2002.

2. In the said Notification, serial number 3 and the

entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry

shall be substituted, namely :—
