G.S.R- 701(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Sub-section (i) of Section 1 24. read with sub-section (i)

of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act. 1963 (38 of

1963). the Central Government hereby approves the

mormugao Port Trust Employees (Medical Attendance)

Amendment Regulations, 2002 made by the Board of

Trustees of Port of the Monnugao as set out in the Schedule

annexed to this Notification.

2. The said regulations shall come into force on the

date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.

SCHEDULE

Act. 1963 (38 ofi 963). the Board of Trustees of the Port of

Mormugao hereby makes the following Regulations further

to amend the Monnugao Port Employees' (Medical

Attendance) RcguJaitons. 1969 \ i/.

1. (i) These Regulations may be called the Mormugao

Port Employees" (Medical Attendance)

(Amendment) Regulations. 2002.

(ii) They shall come into force with effect from the

date from which the Central Government's

approval to these Regulations has been

published in the Ga/ctte of India.

2. In Regulation 3(d).

Insert the following as NOTE-6 after the existing

NOTE—5:

"NOTE—6 : For determining the term "wholly

dependent", the members of the family, other than wife/
