NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th Ocrober, 2002

S.O. 1083(E).— In exercise of the power conferred

by Section 4 of the British India Corporation Limited

(Acquisition of Shares) Act. 1981 (29 of 1981), the Central

Government hereby makes the following further amendment

in the notification of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Textiles S.O. No. 479(E), dated 25th May, 2001

published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette

of India Extraordinary, dated 25th May, 2001.

In the said notification :—

For serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto the following

shall be substituted namely :—
