F. No. 01/94/180/555/AM-08/PC4.-1n exercise of

powers conferredunder paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade

Policy, 2004-2009, the Director General Of Foreign Trade

hereby makes the following amendments in supersession

to Public Notice No. 49(RE-2007)/2004-2009, dated

25th September, 2007 and 64 (RE-2007)/2004-2009, dated

8th October, 2007 :-

2. The following shall be added at the end of

Paragraph 2.67 :—

In respect of multi product exporters having theft

head office/registered office in the North Eastern

States, RCMC may be obtained from Shellac and

Forest Products Export Promotion Council

(except for the products looked after by APEDA,

Spice Board and Tea Board)."
