F. No. 01/94/162/325/AM 08/PC-11(B) Vol. I.—In

exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the

Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Director General of

Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in

Appendix 2 of the Handbook of Procedure Vol. I

"The product "Agarbattis", presently appearing

under the jurisdiction of Basic Chemicals,

Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics Export Promotion

Council (CHEMEXCIL). under SI. No. 2 of

Appendix-2 of HBP Vol. 1 is hereby removed from

the jurisdiction of Basic Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals

and Cosmetics Export Promotion Council

(CHEMEXCIL) and allocated under the jurisdiction

of Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH)

appearing under SI. No. 10 of HBP Vol. 1."
