NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th November, 2009
S.O. 3014(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) to the
proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948
(63 of 1948), the Central Government hereb5/ makes
following further amendment in the notification of the
Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O.
267(E), dated the 26th February, 2004, namely :-
In the said notification, for the words and letter
"Shri S. Ranade", the words and letter "Shri N. K. Jha"
shall be substituted.
In the table annexed to the said notification, after
serial number 11 and the entries relating thereto, the
following shall be added, namely :—
