NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th November, 2009

S.O. 3028(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of

India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways),

number S.O. 852(E), dated the 10th April, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii), dated the 10th April, 2008, namely :—

•

In the Schedule to the said notification, agair st serial number 2 relating to district "Kurnool"--

After "(4) Peddabodnam" in column (7) against Taluk/Mandal "I. Chagalamarri" in column (5) the following

village name shall be inserted, namely :—

(5) Chinnahodanam."
