New Delhi, the 27th November, 2009
S.O. 3030(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways number S.O. 2573(E), dated the 9th October,
2009, published itithe Gazette of India Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
9th October, 2009, namely
In the English version of the Schedule to the said
ntnification,—
•
against taluka/mandal "2. Sirvel", in cloumn 4,
for the entry "(2) Govindapalli", the entry
"Govindapalle" shall be substituted;
against taluka/mandal "3. Gospadu", in cloumn
4, for the entry "(I) ICanalapalli", the entry
"Kanalapalle" shall be substituted;

(c) against taluka/mandal "4. Mahanandi", against
village "Masidupuram", in column 8,-
for the entry "30-Jan", the entry "1.30" shall

Any person interested in the land mentioned in this
notification may, within twenty-one days from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object
to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the
principal notification under sub-section (1) of Section 3C
of the said Act.

makes the following amendments in the notification of the'
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

In the Hindi version of the Schedule to the said

meters)", the heading "Area (in acres)" shall be
substituted;

the entry "Chinthakunta", the entry "Chintakunta" shall
be Substituted.

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object

principal notification under sub-section (i) of Section 3C of
