NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th November, 2009
S.O. 3036(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Hi ghways number S.O. 1713 (E),
dated the 13th July, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part 11, Section 3, sub-section (ii)
dated the 13th July, 2009, namely:—
In the schedule to the said notification,
(a) against Serial number 3 relating to District "Rewari",
in column (5), for the entry "(2) Dhruhera", the entry "(2) Dharuheda" shall he substituted ;
in clumn (7),--
for the entry "(2) Palawas", the entry "(2) Palhawas" shall be substituted ;
for the entry "(6) Nagai iya Ranmokh", the entry,-(6)Nangalia Ranmokh" shall be substituted ;
for the entry "(7) Roadee", the entry "(7) Roharai " shall be substituted
for the entry "(8) Tehna Depalpur", the entry "(8) Tchna Dipalpur" shall be substituted ;
for the entry "(15) Dhoki", the entry "(15) Dohaki" shall be substituted ;
for the entry "(21) Khililpuri ", the entry "(21) Khalilpuri" shall be substituted
for the entry "(22) Mandia Kalan", the entry "(22) Mandhaya Kalan" shall be substituted ;
for the entry "(23) Bamber", the entry "(23) Bambar" shall be substituted.
