NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th October, 2010

S.O. 2445(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of Section 43 of the Prevention of

Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in

consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of

Calcutta, the Central Government hereby makes the

following amendment in the notification ofthe Government

of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 841(E), dated

the 1st June, 2006, namely :--

In the Annexure to the said notification, against serial

number 20 for the entry in column (4), the following entry

shall be substituted, namely :—
