New Delhi, the I Oth December, 2009

S.D. 3176(E).---Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the MinistrY of Road Transport and

Highway s number 5.0.1860(E), dated the 30" 1 .fulyi, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinar y, Part II, Section 3.

referred to a> the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
