NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th December, 2009
S.O. 3192(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Land Acquisition Officer, Balasore as the competent authority
to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification
in the Offical Gazette in respect of the stretch of land from km 0.000 to km 53.410 of National Highway
No. 60 for building (widening/six tatting, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Orissa as specified
in Schedule given below :
