S.O. 3234(E). --In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 o (Me National ll ighways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Collector. Sikar, as the competent authority

to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in

the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 298.050 to km. 341.047(4 the National Highway No. 11 for

building (wi dent ti glfour/sixlaning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the said National I lighway in the State

of Rajasthan. as specified in the Schedule given below
