NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2009

S.O. 3235(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India

in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways), number

S.O. 868(E), dated the 10th April, 2008; published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section 00,-

dated the 10th April, 2008 namely :-

In the Schedule to the said notification, against Taluk "1, Itahar", in column (5), for the entry "(10) Thibil", the

entry, "(10) Thilbil" shall be substituted.
