NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2009
S.O. 3222(E).— In exercise of the powers confetred hp sub-section (11 ofsection 1n A of the National highways
Act, 195h (4tS of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act). the Central Government, after being satisfied that
for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of sshich is gisen in the Schedule below. is required for
building (widening / fisurkaning, etc.), Maintenance. management and operation of National Hi ghway No.48 on the
stretch of laud from Km 28/200 to Km 1108200 (Nelamannalailassan Section
.) in the Districts of Bangalore Rural,
Ramanagine. l umlut, Mandya District in the State of I tThi tuatalcitt hereby declares its Inlet-Mon to ttccture such land.
Any person interested in the said land may. within Ps enty-one class [loin the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, object to the ne d 'inch land for the aforesaid purpose undo sub-section (1) of
section ISC of the said Act.
t..11 objection shall be made to the competent authority, namel y. the Special Lend Acquisition Officer,
