NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2009
S.O. 3228(E).—In exercise ofthepowers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956). the Central Government hereby authorises the Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer (General),
Nagpur. as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date
of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km 3.000 to km 59.300 of.
National Highway No. 69 for building (widening/four Inning etc.). maintenance, mana gement and operation of the said
National highway in the State of Maharashtra as specified in the Schedule given below.
