CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 27th November, 2009

S.O. 3244(E).- I n exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping,

Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road

Transport and I lighways), number S.O. 785(E), dated the

19th March, 2009, published in the Gazette of India.

Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the

19th March, 2009, namely :-

In the Schedu le to the said notification, against Serial

number 3 relating to District "Panipat",--

in column (7) for the entries "(7) Dahar,

(8) Harthadi, (9) Mahrana, (10) Diwana and

(11) S iwah", the entries "(I) Dahar, (2) Hartadi,

(3) Mahrana, (4) Diwana and (5) Siwah" shall

respectively be substituted;

in column (5), against the entries (7) to (I I), as so

substituted, the entry "Pan ipat" shall be inserted.
