NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2009

S.O. 3256(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping,

Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road

Transport and Highways), Number S.O.514(E), dated the

7th April, 2006, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part-ll, Section 3, .Sub-section (ii), dated the

7th April, 2006, namely:—-

In the Schedule to the said notification, against Serial

number 2,-

against district "Faridabad", against tehsil

"Ballabhgarh" in column (6) after entry "(15)

Aduwa" the entry "(15A) Atali"shall be inserted:

and

against district "Palwal" against tehsil "Palwal"

in column (6), after the entry "(34).Nangla

Brahman", the entry"(34A) Alawalpur" shall be

inserted.
