NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th December, 2009
S.O. 3297(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Ilighways Act, 1956 (48
of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Special Land Acquisition Officer No. 16, Satara as the competent
authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km 592.240 to km 865.350 (Kagal-Satara-Pune
Section) of the National Highway No. 4 for building (widening/six laning, etc.), maintenance. management and operation of
the said National Highway in the State of Maharashtra, as specified in the Schedule beloy n
