NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th December, 2009
S.0.3294(E).— Whereas by the flüilliCatirAl of the Government o r india In the Ministry of Road Transport and I 11(0 rt.',1y.S. number
5.02454(E), dated the 24th September, 2009, poresilied in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - sai lion 00 and
issued under sub - section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (98 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to an the said Act) the
Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notiticadon for building
(widening/four laning, etc.,) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 9 on the stretch of land front Kin 1261/50 to
Km. 190/600 ( Hyderabad - Vijayawada Section) in Nalgonda District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
And where as the substance of the said notification has ben published in "Andhra Prabha (Telugu)" and "The I Amu ((mulish)" both
dated the 21st October, 2009, under sub section (3) of section 3A of the said Act,
And where as no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority,

And whereas, in pursunace of sub - section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the
Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (i)
of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should he acquired for the
aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub - section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby deleares that on
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absoluately in the Central Government,
free from all encumbrances.
