NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th December, 2009

S.O. 3304(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Section 5 of the Emigration Act, 1983 (31 of 1983), the

Central Government hereby authorizes Shri Som Nath

Ganguly, Assistant in the Ministry of Overseas Indian

Affairs to look after the work of Protector of Emigrants-I I,

Kolkata in the absence on leave of Shri B, S. Nayak,

Protector of Emigrants-II, Kolkata from 21st December, 2009

to 24th December, 2009. He is authorized to take over the

charge of the office of Protector of Emigrants, Kolkata as

POE-II from Shri 13. S Nayak, POE-II on 21st December,

2 009 and to discharge the functions of Protector of

Emigrants-11 along with powers off lead of Office.
