MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2010

S.O. 39(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Revenue), Sub-Division Betul, as the

competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication

of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km 137.000 to km 161.000 of the National

Highway No. 69 for building (widening/four laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the said National

Highway in the State of Madhya Pradesh, as specified in the Schedule given below.
