NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2010
S.O. 80(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Government of India
in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number
S.O. 2974(E), dated the 23rd November, 2009, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), dated the 23rd November, 2009,
namely :-
In the said notification, for words-
"District Revenue Officer, Faridabad", the words
"Land Acquisition Officer (Urban Estate), Faridabad," shall
be substituted.
