New Delhi, the 15th January, 2010

S.O. 94(E)—Under sub-section (2) of Section 3 of

the Judges (Inquiry) Act, 1968, the Chairman, Rajya Sabha

has constituted, for the purpose of making an investigation

into the grounds on which the removal of Mr. Justice

Paul Daniel Dinakaran Premkumar, Chief Justice of the

Karnataka High Court is prayed for, a Committee consisting

of the following three Members :—

Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. S. Sirpurkar,

Supreme Court of India,

Hon'ble Mr. Justice A. R. Dave,

Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court;

and

3. Shri P. P. Rao,

Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India.
