NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2010

S.O. 115(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Employees'

Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

(19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby reconstitutes

the Central Board of Trustees (Employees' Provident

Fund) and makes the following amendment in this

Ministry's Notification published in the Gazette of India

having No. S.O. 1576(E) dated 29th June, 2009 :-

2. In the said Notification, at serial number 6, in place

of existing entry "Representative from Department of

Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of

India, New Delhi", the following entry shall be

substituted :—

"Representative from Ministry of Finance,

Government of India, New Delhi".
