NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2010

S.O. 169(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following further amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping,

Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road,

Transport and Highways) number S.O. 179(E), dated the

8th February, 2005, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part 11, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the

8th February, 2005, namely:—

In the preamble to the said notification, for the

letters and figures "km. 37.000", the letters and figures

"km. 36.710" should be substituted.
