NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th January, 2010
S.0.182(E).—fn exercise of the powers conferred
by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping,
Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road
Transport and Highways) number S.O. 865(E), dated the
8th June, 2006, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the
8th June, 2006, namely :
In the preamble to the said notification, for the
words "Additional District Magistrate, Solan, Himachal
Pradesh" the words "Additional Deputy Commissioner,
Solan, Himachal Pradesh" shall be substituted.
