S.O. 196(E).—In exercise of the powers vested

under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (1962 of 52) read

with Notification No. 33/94-Cus. (NT) dated 1st July, 1994

issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, New Delhi under clause (a) of

Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962, 1 hereby declare Sy.

No. 161/1, Linganahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli,

Doddaballapura Taluk, Bangalore Rural District,

Bangalore-561 203, in the State of Karnataka to be a

warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act,

1962, for the limited purpose of setting up of 100% EOU.
