NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st February, 2010

S.O. 233(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (2) of

clause 2 of the Foreigners Order, 1948, the Central

Government hereby appoints the Foreigners Regional

Registration Officer, Hyderabad, as the "Civil Authority"

for the purpose of said Order for the immigration check

post located at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport,

Shamshabad, Hyderabad, falling under the limits of

Cyberabad Police Commissionerate in the State of Andhra

Pradesh with effect from 1st February, 2010.

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st February, 2010

S.O. 234(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-rule ( I ) of rule 3 of the Registration of Foreigners

Rules, 1992, the Central Government hereby appoints the

Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Hyderabad, as

the Registration Officer to perform the functions of the

Registration Officer under the said rules and the Foreigners

Order, 1948 within the limits of Hyderabad Police

Comm issionerate and Cyberabad Police Comm issionerate

in the State of Andhra Predesh with effect from

1st February, 2010.
