NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2010

No. MCI-34(41)/2009-Med./66640.---In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Indian Medical

Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), the Medical Council of India with the previous'sanction of the Central Government hereby

makes the following regulations to further amend the "Minimum Requirements for 50 MBBS Admissions Annually

Regulations, 1999" namely :-

(i) These regulations may be called the "Minimum Requirements for 50 MBBS Admissions Annually

Regulations (Amendment), 2009".

They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Minimum Requirements for 50 MBBS Admissions Annually Regulations, 1999, the following

additions/modifications/deletions/substitutions, shall be as indicated therein :—

3. In Clause B. 2.7 under the heading "Department of Radio-Diagnosis" the sub-clause I (a) as amended vide

notification dated 8-7-2009 shall be further amended/substituted as under :—

"(a) Room for 300mA, 500mA, 800mA, I.I.T.V. System, fluoroscopy System (36 sq. m.)".

of India Notification No. 35 (1)/1998-Med. (ii) dated the 30th March, 1999 and amended vide corrigendum dated

24th June, 1999 and further amended vide Notification dated 20th October, 2008 and 13th November, 2009.
