NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd February, 2010

S.O. 255(E). In pursuance of Sub-section (1) of

Section 4 of the Lighthouse Act. 1927 (No. 17 of 1927) read

with Rule 3 of the Central Advisory Committee for

Lighthouse (Procedural) Rules, 1976, the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendments in

this Ministry's Notification No. LI-1-11016/1/2007-SL, dated

17-1-2008 :—

"The tenure of the Central Advisory Committee for

Lighthouses (CACL) is extended for a further period

of six months with effect from 17-1-2010 or till a new

Committee is reconstituted, whichever is earlier."
