NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd February, 2010
S.O. 256(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred
by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central
Council (Election) 'biles, 1975, the Central Government
hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3) of the
Table annexed hereto to be the Returning Officer for the
purpose of the said rules in respect of the State mentioned
in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table,
namely :—
